The ‘Nadavali’ festival is held every year in March. Once in seven years the grand seven days festival of “Bharani” is held. The festival of all festivals is held once in 25 years. This festival known as “Kaliyata” is a unique blend of festivals held in 17 other temples spread across Udupi in Karnataka to Kasaragod in Kerala. This magnificient amalgamation of different “Theyyam” festivals will be held in 2010. Because of this grand union of different Gods in the various temples. This temple is known as “Kudroli Kootakkala” and meeting place.
